We’re taking on ten firms before launch. Those firms get a direct line to the founder, a say in what gets built, and their launch price held for 12 months. A free trial opens at launch.

A baseline you capture today is evidence in a dispute years from now. That is the point of a record, and it is why yours is never held behind a plan.
It also outlives your subscription. Stop paying and processing stops, but nothing is deleted. Every walk you have captured stays stored, viewable and searchable, for as long as your workspace exists.
Common questions
What counts as a walk?
One processed capture from a single site visit: a video walkthrough, or photos with narration. A typical walk runs 5 to 30 minutes of footage.
What happens when my trial ends?
Processing pauses; nothing is deleted. Every capture stays viewable, downloadable and findable by name; asking Sully about them waits for an active plan. Upgrade any time and pick up where you left off.
What if I use all my walks?
Add a user to grow the shared allowance, or move up a plan. We never add surprise charges; when your walks run low we tell you before it matters.
Who writes the report, Sully or me?
You do. Sully drafts the summary and action items, grounded in the walk. You review, edit, and sign; the professional stays the author of record.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Monthly plans change or cancel any time: email hello@heysully.ai and it takes effect at the end of the current period. Annual plans run for the year and give you two months free.
What does Enterprise add?
Everything in Firm, for a large or regulated organisation: SSO and provisioning, retention and data-storage terms, custom terms and MSA, and dedicated support, under an annual agreement shaped to your review process.
